NotasMy first fireball sighting and we saw 4 in about 8 minutes. My wife was with me and saw them too. 3 of them were on an easterly trajectory very high in the atmosphere almost directly overhead. (New Orleans, LA.) The very first one we saw was on a northern trajectory and lasted close to 5 seconds before bursting. My wife and I watch for satellites (ISS, Hubble, Etc) when we are out in the early morning/evenings and we really got a show tonight. I really wasn't sure what we saw so I had to come look it up and came across your website and figured I would report it.
